We’re working with a long-standing building services contractor to find an experienced Electrical Estimator for their Warrington office. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone confident preparing tenders, reviewing drawings, and working closely with operational and commercial teams to deliver winning bids.

What You’ll Be Doing
Preparing detailed and accurate electrical estimates for commercial and industrial M&E projects
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine project scope and pricing strategy
Working with the pre-construction, design, and commercial teams to align bids with project delivery
Sourcing supplier and subcontractor quotes and building competitive packages
Identifying risk, highlighting value engineering opportunities, and helping shape winning submissions
Supporting the wider estimating and operational team as part of a joined-up bidding process
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within M&E or building services
Strong understanding of electrical systems and installation methods
Able to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
Proficiency with estimating tools and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
Confident communicator with good organisational skills
Relevant electrical qualifications or trade background preferred
Benefits
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 depending on experience
