We’re working with a long-established building services contractor to recruit an experienced Electrical Project Manager to expand on a growing team in Glasgow. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to take ownership of large-scale projects, working as part of the contractors Scottish team.
Due to continued business growth, the company is increasing its presence in Scotland — and this role represents a key appointment as part of that expansion.

What You’ll Be Doing
Taking full responsibility for the delivery of major electrical projects in Glasgow
Managing programmes, budgets, and subcontractor performance
Ensuring full compliance with health & safety, technical, and quality standards
Leading on-site delivery while working closely with office-based support
Liaising with clients, consultants, and key supply chain contacts
Identifying project risks and implementing suitable mitigation strategies
Overseeing project reporting, progress tracking, and client updates
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience managing large-scale electrical projects (infrastructure, commercial or industrial preferred)
Strong understanding of electrical systems and building services installation
Confident in leading teams and managing multiple stakeholders
Commercially aware with the ability to control cost and change
Clear communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or building services
Benefits
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 depending on experience
