Overview

Take the lead on electrical projects with a respected North-West contractor.

We’re working with a long-standing electrical contractor in Blackburn to find an experienced Electrical Project Manager. This is a full-time, permanent role offering autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to deliver high-quality installations across a wide range of sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing electrical packages from pre-start through to final handover

  • Coordinating with design, commercial, and site teams to ensure quality and compliance

  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents

  • Leading on-site teams and subcontractors across multiple live projects

  • Overseeing health & safety, RAMS, and site documentation

  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle

  • Supporting financial performance by managing variations and forecasting

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience managing electrical projects within the building services or M&E sector

  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installation methods

  • Excellent communication and team coordination skills

  • Familiarity with BS 7671 and relevant health & safety regulations

  • ECS card, SMSTS or SSSTS, and First Aid (preferred)

  • Full UK driving licence
