Overview
We are currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor in Liverpool, overseeing delivery across North-West projects ranging in M&E value from £1m up to £20m.
This is a key site-based role for someone who enjoys being close to the work, leading teams properly, keeping standards high, and making sure programmes stay on track.
You’ll work alongside project management and site leadership to coordinate labour, manage quality, and maintain a safe, well-organised site environment.

Our client is a well-established M&E contractor delivering electrical and wider building services projects across the region, with a strong pipeline and a practical, delivery-focused culture.
They’re known for running well-structured sites, backing their supervisors, and putting good planning and communication at the heart of successful delivery. Client name will remain confidential during early stages of the process.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supervising electrical installation works on live M&E projects across the North-West
Managing and coordinating electrical labour, subcontractors, and day-to-day site activity
Ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and to specification
Carrying out toolbox talks, briefings, and supporting site safety standards
Coordinating with project managers, other trades, and site management to keep work fronts moving
Checking materials, plant, and access requirements are in place ahead of installation
Managing snagging, quality checks, and supporting commissioning readiness
Keeping clear site records, progress updates, and reporting issues early
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience supervising electrical works on building services / construction projects
Strong knowledge of electrical installation standards and on-site best practice
Ability to lead teams, keep good order on site, and maintain productivity
Comfortable working across multiple project sites in the North-West
SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)
ECS / CSCS card (essential)
NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent (preferred)
Full UK driving licence
Benefits
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
