We’re working with a respected building services contractor to find an experienced M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor for their team in Warrington. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to manage commercial responsibilities across a diverse portfolio of projects, while supporting the continued growth of a well-established regional contractor.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing commercial activities across multiple live M&E projects
Preparing accurate cost plans, valuations, and final accounts
Leading on procurement, sub-contractor packages, and variation control
Supporting tender reviews, value engineering, and change management
Liaising closely with project teams, clients, and external consultants
Monitoring risk and supporting contract negotiations
Producing regular financial reports and forecasts for senior management
Mentoring junior quantity surveyors and supporting team development
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the M&E or construction sector
Strong working knowledge of mechanical and electrical installations
Ability to manage multiple projects and work autonomously
Confident with cost control, valuation processes, and change management
Familiarity with JCT or NEC contract forms
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Building Services
Experience leading or mentoring junior QSs (preferred)
Benefits
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 depending on experience
