What You’ll Be Doing
Managing full mechanical packages on live projects across the North West
Overseeing planning, programming, procurement, and installation delivery
Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progression
Supporting tender processes and contributing to design development
Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and site managers
Ensuring compliance with health & safety, RAMS, and site protocols
Working alongside commercial teams on budgets, variations, and cost control
Taking a proactive role in problem-solving and issue resolution
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience delivering mechanical building services projects
Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, and plantroom systems
Comfortable managing multiple live sites and subcontractor teams
SMSTS, CSCS, and first aid qualifications (preferred)
Understanding of current industry regulations and compliance
Confident communicator with a structured and solutions-focused mindset
Full UK driving licence
Benefits
Competitive salary: £60,000 – £70,000 depending on experience
