We’re working with a respected M&E contractor in Warrington to find an experienced Revit MEP Technician. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone confident using Revit and Navisworks, with experience working on live construction projects in a collaborative design environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating mechanical and electrical services in a shared Revit model

  • Producing clear, accurate 2D and 3D installation drawings

  • Developing single-line schematics into detailed, buildable models

  • Attending design coordination meetings and collaborating with multiple stakeholders

  • Liaising with site teams to clarify design and resolve buildability queries

  • Creating and editing Revit families

  • Managing schedules of installation items and Builderswork through the model

  • Uploading and managing model data in platforms such as BIM 360, Autodesk Docs, Asite, and 4Projects

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience using Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / Autodesk Docs

  • At least 3 years’ experience working in M&E building services

  • Comfortable working in Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as Asite or 4Projects

  • Understanding of UK construction methods and sequencing

  • Clear communication and collaboration skills

  • Awareness of fire safety strategy around service openings (preferred)

  • Previous site experience is desirable but not essential
