M&E ​Operational Roles Include:
  • Operations Director
    Leads the operational function across multiple M&E building services contracts, setting strategic direction and overseeing delivery performance, resource allocation and P&L.

  • Operations Manager
    Responsible for day-to-day delivery across a portfolio of M&E projects, managing site teams and ensuring programme, cost and quality targets are met.

  • Site Manager / Supervisor
    Supervises on-site M&E installation activities, managing the workforce, ensuring health & safety compliance and maintaining programme and quality standards.

  • Contracts Manager
    Oversees multiple M&E projects from contract award through to final account, managing programme, cost, and client relationships across healthcare, education or commercial schemes.

  • Project Manager
    Leads individual M&E projects from mobilisation to handover, coordinating mechanical, electrical and public health subcontractors and managing the client relationship throughout delivery.

  • Project Engineer
    Provides technical support and coordination on M&E building services projects, assisting project managers with design, installation oversight and subcontractor management.

  • HSEQ Manager
    Responsible for health, safety, environmental and quality compliance across M&E building services operations.
